What Phoenix Swords can offer
Because of wildly fluctuating gas prices, our willingness to negotiate with charity events and the range of performances we do, it has been nearly impossible to set prices for many of our acts. Here are some starting range
- Rates may vary from advertised for specially requested performance requirements. Such scenarios must be pre-arranged with the head of Phoenix Swords
- In some situations hospitality compensation may be requested (could include food, drink, or fuel/travel expenditures and lodging, if applicable)
- Phoenix Swords will participate in an approved charity event at a reduced rate, usually 50 to 75% of rates listed herein-please feel free to ask...
- Any scenario, but those that are pre-arranged, must be coordinated and/or written a minimum of 4 weeks in advance.
- For access to the majority of the troupe, the event must be on a weekend, or pre-arranged 6 weeks in advance.
- In some situations, the troupe may request to be compensated, in advance, or require a booking fee for a reserved contract

Fire Acts
Fire Acts are "Danger Activites" and * this is the exception to the half-price rule. Employers should verify in advance if this act is suitable to the performance area. Phoenix Swords reserves the right to refuse performance in the event of too much risk. Examples include high winds, large amounts of flammable material such as hay or curtains, and unsupervised children.
