Entertainment for the whole family
- Deputy of the Realm: this game involves a series of "wanted" posters of various Phoenix members. Prices and amounts vary with staff availability but individual posters run 1.00 apiece and the DOTR package is generally 5-7 posters for 3.00 with a successful "bounty" (completed signatures of whole set) rewarded with a wooden sword, a deputy badge and a free sword lesson.
- We have "Quests" in which we work with faire organizers to encourage "questers" to interact with entertainers, try various games, sample DOTR and participate fully in the event. Pricing is determined by discussion between organizers and our group.
- Knights Quest(for Children ages 5 and up): Complete a list of seven quest items, including defeating dragon swings and completing a special request from a knight. The finished quester is knighted, given a sticker, a sword lesson and is encouraged to cheer at tourney for his/her favorite knight. Each "quest" is unique to each faire.
- Rogues Quest(for adults, ages 14 and up): Complete a list of seven quest items, including swearing trivia, kisses from the local wenches guild and a visit to ye old strength testing bell. The finished quester is tattooed (temporarily), given a sword lesson and is encouraged to cheer at tourney for his/her favorite bad guy. Each "quest" is unique to each faire.
- Miniature Siege weapons: We will be deploying our "fits in a car" size trebuchet and will be adding ballista and mangonel at the end of this season. Water balloons are the preferred ammunition.
